How far in advance should I place my catering order?

We ask for 48-hour’s notice on all catering orders for more than 20 people. We’ll prepare all orders for less than 20 with 24 hours advanced notice. If you know you want to place an order months in advance, that’s great!
We’re happy to place the order as soon as we hear from you.

Do you deliver catering orders?

We sure do offer FREE delivery if your order is greater than $100 in the Bedford area. If your order is less than $100, we charge a nominal fee of $25. Otherwise, you can place your order for pickup and we’ll help you load it in your car. For orders outside of of the greater Manchester / Bedford area we charge for travel & mileage.

How much food do I get per person in a catering order?

Our portions for catering are consistent with the portions each person receives in our restaurants.

How can I place my catering order?

You can order online by clicking on Order Online button. You can email us by clicking Contact Us and submit your inquiry.

You can order by calling 603-637-1615. You can also order online using our Mobile App. Simply text “Carolines” to 555888 and click the order online button!

How much time should I plan on to set up my catering order?

Depending on the type of service you choose we can either have it ready on disposable platters or your platters for pick up. We also offer delivery and set up options for a small fee. During a full service event our staff is on hand to cook, serve and clean.

Do I need to supply my own plates, forks, and napkins when I order catering?

It’s up to you.

We offer these items for a nominal charge if you need this. When ordering online, you’ll be prompted with this question.

Our amazing food does come with disposable serving spoons and tongs. If you need plates, bowls, napkins, forks and knives please select that option at checkout.

Do you accept checks for catering orders?

Yes, we accept checks, cash or credit card payments.

How do I pay for my catering order?

You can do so by placing your order online and you’ll be prompted for a payment at checkout. If you call us to place your order, we can accept payment over the phone you can pay in person at the time of pick up.

Can I set up a House Account, PO Number, or be invoiced for catering orders?

We certainly can invoice you.

We just ask that you settle your payment 24 hours prior to your pickup or delivery date. We do not offer house accounts at the present time. Stay tuned.

I want to use Caroline’s Fine Food Catering for my wedding, but I want a full service line, complete with servers. Is this something you can do?

YES! Absolutely. Our event manager, Christina, will consult with you concerning your staffing needs, event planning, menu design, decor ect…We have partnerships with many local vendors: photographers, DJs and rental companies.
