Caroline’s is a full service catering company with an experienced and professional staff. The number of staff for your event will be determined by the number of total guests attending. We recommend 1 Cook and 1 Server per every 20 to 25 guest (depending on the style / menu). The cost per Server / Cook is $45 per hour with a five hour minimum. We apply a catering production fee of 10% of the cost of food. This fee serves to help offset some of the back-end costs of producing offsite events such as: insurance, utilities, uniforms, rubbish removal, recycling, administrative costs and catering van maintenance. This fee is not a gratuity.
