The summer solstice brings warmth, light and longer evenings, inviting us to shake off the doldrums, engage and play outdoors, once again. It's the season of impromptu get-togethers, cookouts and road trips. Summer offers the opportunity to escape the grind and experience the new and exhilarating. It's a great time to create the wonderful memories that will carry us through less generous seasons.

We move from the richer comfort foods of winter to a zestier palette making ample use of seasonal veggies, fresh herbs and light proteins. Though we are not offering a special menu for Independence Day, our case will be filled with a variety of versatile sides and other inspiring options to round out your main. Whether you're planning to grill and would like to "outsource" the sides or you need something for a pot-luck, Caroline's has your back!
On The Case
I sat down with Chef Zoey and Executive Chef Caroline as they described some of the delicious offerings that will compose the bulk of this season's case. They explained that they rotate the dishes on a weekly basis and that all options are easily packable and transportable by design. They recommend that for your convenience, you call beforehand to get an idea of what is on offer or check the Restaurant page of our website. That way, all you have to do is make your selection and pick it up the day before or the day of your event.
